I'm a pragmatic technologist who loves to join people and technologies up.  In that order.

I've spent my whole professional career working with and around very smart, demanding people.  For them, as for my clients today, clarity and integrity are key.

​

In 15 years at Capita plc in Group Sales {to what end} was the mantra.  I worked to create scale, creative solutions for major multi-year, multi-service line transformative deals, always focusing on outcomes.  

 

I spent 6 years leading on Innovation and understanding {emerging tech}, researching, identifying, educating, provoking, prioritising, testing... and wrapping solutions fit for scale.

A large part of doing this involved driving collaboration with internal and external ecosystems - I've been called "the glue" of an organisation.  I like to think affectionately...

​

Intelligent automation has always been my key focus area - designing at the intersection of what humans and softwares do best, to drive {customer outcomes}.  

​

As an independent consultant I've worked with global consulting, accounting, private banking, outsourcing, insuring companies - as well as with companies just stating out on making their mark on the world.

​

You can expect candour, creativity, hard-won insight and a laugh from me, because life's too short not to enjoy ourselves.
